Rob Devers  

Rob has been involved in yachting in one way or another from a young age, starting with club racing on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. He moved through the ranks competing in many State and National titles successfully. Since owning his first yacht at 21 years of age and cruising through the Top End of Australia, Rob has never been far away the ocean. Many family holidays have included sailing in one form or another. John Dyer  

John has had a lifelong passion in yachting and has been involved in both offshore racing and global passage making. He has recently completed a circumnavigation with his wife and now heads up our Bundaberg Marina office. He is a people person who delights in making sure that everyone is satisfied in every transaction and is committed to developing the marine brokerage industry.

Darren Graham  

Darren comes from a background in marketing and sales, and is currently undertaking a university degree in Business. Matt Hansen  

Matt's passion in life is sailing. He has been on the water since the age of six, having grown up in a yachting family. His background in dinghy and yacht racing, has now expanded to keel boats and larger powerboats. Matt combines his love of working with people and boats to help meet each customer's specific needs. Mike Harper  

Mike has been sailing since the age of 10 years old, with experience sailing everything from dinghies, trailer-sailers to keel boats large and small, in all conditions.  He has undertaken extensive charters in locations such as the Whitsundays, Tonga , Fiji .

An extensive sales and marketing career spans 40 years in diverse markets including Industrial Chemicals, Electroplating, Precious Metals, Home Improvements, Shopping Centre Management.  Has established and developed a very successful business in the Home Services sector over 10 years.

Semi-retirement has involved his passion for yacht restoration.  Having purchased and personally restored five yachts, each of which has been subsequently sold for a profit, has provided a wealth of practical experience.

Don Lees  

A qualified Shipwright originally from New Zealand where he developed a love of sailing, Don came to Sydney, Australia during the 1960's.

Don first worked at the renowned Halvorsen Yard at Ryde before teaming up with business partner Heuchmer to form Compass Yachts Australasia, who during the seventies were Australia's largest yacht builder, designing and building production GRP yachts for local and overseas markets.

After the closure of Compass in 1981 Don resumed a management roll supervising the building of aluminium and GRP recreational and commercial vessels.

Since moving to Brisbane in 1990, he has been in a self-employed role as a marine consultant, having to date completed more than 3500 pre-purchase and insurance inspections.
